Line Boss provides professional line striping and pavement marking services for commercial, industrial, and residential properties. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and site readiness.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services at our discretion if conditions are unsuitable for proper application or safety.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by Line Boss are based on the information available at the time of estimate. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, changes in scope, or additional requests.

Quotes are valid for [60 days] unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and free of vehicles, debris, and obstructions at the scheduled time of service.

Failure to provide proper access may result in delays, additional charges, or rescheduling.

4. Weather Conditions

Line striping and pavement marking require appropriate weather conditions to ensure proper adhesion and durability. Line Boss reserves the right to reschedule services due to rain, moisture, or unsuitable temperatures.

We will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

Payment is due upon completion of services
Late payments may be subject to additional fees
Line Boss reserves the right to withhold future services until outstanding balances are paid

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that clients provide at least [24–48 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or failure to provide access to the job site may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Workmanship & Limitations

Line Boss is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. However, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing pavement damage or deterioration
Normal wear and tear due to traffic, weather, or environmental conditions
Damage caused by third parties after project completion

Any concerns must be reported within [14 days] of service completion.

8. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety and quality, Line Boss shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Clients assume responsibility for ensuring the site is safe and properly prepared prior to service.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Line Boss and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Use of this website must be lawful and not interfere with its operation or security.

Any personal information submitted through our website or during the course of business will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
